The Veneer Placement Process

Initial Consultation

At your initial consultation, you’ll discuss your cosmetic dentistry issues with your dentist in Spring and they will determine if veneers are a good option for you. If you’re approved, you’ll set up your next appointment right away.

Tooth Preparation

At your next appointment, your teeth receiving veneers will be prepared by one of our doctors. Then, digital impressions and images will be taken of the teeth, and this information will be used to design your veneers. You will be sent home wearing a set of temporary veneers to protect your teeth while your veneers are being crafted.

Crafting Your Veneers

Your veneers will be masterfully crafted by a team of technicians at our partner dental lab, ensuring a perfect fit and a completely natural appearance. It usually takes about 2-3 weeks for your veneers to be completed and delivered to our office.

Veneer Placement

Once your veneers are completed and we have received them, you’ll come back for your seating appointment. Your doctor will check the fit of each veneer, then bond them into place permanently, completing your treatment.

FOLLOW UP APPOINTMENT

One week after your veneers are bonded into place, we will invite you back to take photos and ensure all edges are smooth and that your soft tissue has returned to its healthy feel and appearance.
